Black Girl Caucus’ Wellness Daycation is an intimate, full-day experience designed to help Black women rest, reset and reconnect with themselves and one another. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated blend of wellness, movement, reflection and community in a relaxing atmosphere at The Moran CITYCENTRE.
Throughout the day, guests will experience a mental health, nutrition session, guided journaling, yoga, a restorative sound bath, line dancing, a mini spa and mimosa lounge, and more.
Luxe breakfast and lunch stations will be served, and each guest will receive exclusive BGC gift bag.
