Black Girl Caucus is launching our first major policy campaign, bringing Black women together across Harris County to define our priorities and make sure they lead the way.
Through data, polling, and conversations in community, we’re translating what we learn into real action—programs, proposals, and voter engagement ahead of the 2026 primaries.
